Advolutely.

For independent patient advocates

One place for every case. Absolutely handled.

You got into advocacy to help people — not to juggle five different logins. Advolutely quietly handles the busywork and the safeguards, so the tech disappears and the work doesn't.

Shaped by advocates — because you didn't sign up to become an IT department.

The problem

You're here to help people, not fight your software.

Most independent advocates end up running their practice across email threads, shared drives, and text messages — not because they chose to, but because nothing simpler existed for sensitive medical casework.

Before

Five different tools for one case. Passwords to remember, files to reconcile, and a growing sense that you're managing software instead of clients.

With Advolutely

One workspace, built to just work — so the hours you get back go to your clients, not your inbox. Security safeguards are built in, not one more thing on your plate.

“We didn't sketch this on a whiteboard. It grew out of a real advocacy practice — every screen exists because a real case needed it, not because it looked good in a product demo.”

How Advolutely came to be

How a case moves

From first call to case closed.

Advocacy isn't a pile of tasks — it's a case that moves. Advolutely follows the same path you already work, so nothing gets re-entered and nothing falls between the steps.

Intake

A new client, a new case, one access code. They get a portal instead of a reply-all thread — and their paperwork lands in the right place from day one.

Records

Everything for the case collects in one file: what the client uploads, what you request, what arrives late. No reconciling three drives to find the one letter that matters.

Review

Ask about the bills or the records and get an answer drawn from the actual case file. The five minutes you'd spend scrolling a PDF for one date, gone.

Action

Appeals, summaries, and follow-ups drafted from what's already in the case — so paperwork stops being the reason a deadline slips.

Resolution

The status moves to resolved and the client sees it without calling to ask. The case stays intact — every document, every action, every date, exactly where you left it.

Those aren't marketing stages. They're the case statuses the software actually tracks — New, In Review, In Appeal, Pending Response, Resolved, Closed.

One case, mid-appeal — the same stages above, as they actually appear in the software.

How it helps

Everything a practice actually needs.

A portal clients don't need a manual for

One simple code gets them in — no account, no password to forget. They check their case and send documents on their own time, which means fewer "just checking in" calls landing on your desk.

Security that doesn't ask you to think about it

Every document's encrypted, every download link expires, every advocate logs in with a second step. You get strong protection without ever having to be the one managing it.

An assistant that's already read the file

Ask it about a client's medical bills or records and it answers from the actual case documents — not a generic chatbot guessing. The five minutes you'd spend hunting through a PDF, gone.

Every case, exactly where it stands

A status you update in one click, a timeline that builds itself, a running record of everything that happened and when. You always know what's next — and so does anyone who asks.

Paperwork that writes itself

Track time as you go, then generate a clean, branded case summary in one click — ready for a file, a referral, or your own records, without an evening spent formatting.

What's included

Everything you'd otherwise stitch together.

Most practices run on eight subscriptions that were never meant to hold a client's medical records together. Advolutely was built as one system, so the pieces already know about each other.

Building the argument

Ask a clinical question. Get sources you can open.

So many denials turn on a single phrase — that the care wasn't medically necessary. Answering that means finding what the published literature actually says, which has always meant an evening with a search engine and a lot of paywalls.

Ask the way you'd ask a colleague

Describe the denial in your own words. Advolutely searches public medical and research databases and writes back what it found, organised around the question you actually asked.

Every source is a real one

Titles, journals and identifiers are passed through exactly as the databases returned them — never composed for you. You can open each one and read it yourself, which is the only thing that makes a citation worth putting in an appeal.

It tells you where the evidence stops

When the literature doesn't settle the question, it says so rather than papering over the gap. Every answer carries a standing reminder that it's research for your review, not medical advice — the judgement stays yours.

One question, answered from published literature — with every source named so you can check it.

Where it stands today

Currently running the daily practice of a working healthcare advocacy business.

Every feature above is live, not conceptual — it's handling real cases right now. Advolutely isn't open to the public yet; this is the early look at what comes next.

No customer data, logos, or figures are represented here beyond that single practice.
